Framework Agreement of the Euroregion Elbe/Labe (DE/CS, PDF, 90 kB)

The Euroregion Elbe/Labe is not a cross-border legal entity, but consists of two separate legal entities, the Kommunalgemeinschaft Euroregion Oberes Elbtal/Osterzgebirge e.V. on the German side and the Voluntary Association of Municipalities Euroregion Labe (Dobrovolný svazek obci Euroregion Labe) on the Czech side. The framework agreement regulates the cooperation of these two entities and is thus the basic document of the Euroregion Elbe/Labe as a cross-border institution.
