Privacy statement

We hereby explain to you how we process personal data (in short "data"). This concerns both the online offer (website, application portal for the Small Projects Fund, Facebook, Instagram etc.) and other forms of data processing.

Security

The processed data is stored on our own server and partly on the connected client computers, which are located in our locked premises. The software is kept at the up-to-date security level by regular updates. Access to the data is regulated by different access rights.

External data processing

The website of the Euroregion Elbe/Labe is hosted by the service provider IONOS. The privacy information of the company IONOS can be found at https://www.ionos.de/terms-gtc/terms-privacy/.

The portal for applications to the Small Projects Fund (eel.kpf-fmp.eu) is technically operated on the servers of the company jweilandt.net. In addition to the electronic system of the Kommunalgemeinschaft Euroregion, the data entered in the application process are stored in the data systems of jweilandt.net. This happens even if the application has not yet been submitted. The privacy information of jweiland.net (in German only) can be found at https://jweiland.net/unternehmen/dsgvo/vertrag.

Data transfer to third parties

KG Euroregion does not pass on any personal data to third parties unless required by law. The latter is especially the case when applying for the small project fund. The associated data is passed on to the Sächsische Aufbaubank and, if applicable, to the Free State of Saxony.

Your rights

You have the right of information about the data we have stored about you. You may request an electronic copy of this data. You can request the completion or correction of your data stored by us. You can demand that we delete these data partially or completely. As far as there are no other legal regulations to the contrary, we will comply with such requests.

Deletion of data

The data stored by us about you will be deleted as soon as they are no longer needed for the purpose for which they were collected and as long as there are no legal obligations to keep them. These may be based primarily on commercial and tax law.

The data collected in the context of an application to the Small Projects Fund will be stored with us until 31.12.2031 due to storage obligations imposed by the EU. This can be done in electronic or paper form. After that, the data will be archived in paper form in the City Archive of the State Capital of Dresden and, if necessary, in electronic form in the systems of the Kommunalgemschaft Euroregion.
