Responsible party
This website is operated jointly by two legal entities. Both parties are jointly responsible for data processing within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
These two organizations are on the one hand the Kommunalgemeinschaft Euroregion Oberes Elbtal/Osterzgebirge e.V. (hereinafter KG Euroregion) and on the other hand the Gemeindeverband Euroregion Labe. Further information on the responsible parties can be found in the imprint.
Agreement on joint responsibility (Art. 26 GDPR)
The parties have set out in a written agreement pursuant to Art. 26 (1) GDPR which of them fulfills which data protection obligations. This agreement regulates in particular the fulfillment of information obligations, the exercise of the rights of data subjects and the obligations to report data breaches.
Central point of contact: For you as a user, it has been agreed that KG Euroregion will act as the central point of contact for all inquiries relating to data protection.
Assertion of rights: You can assert your rights (such as information or deletion) preferably at the above-mentioned central contact point. Irrespective of this agreement, however, you can also assert your rights at any time and flexibly against either organization.

Newsletter

Security
The processed data is stored on our own server and partly on the connected client computers, which are located in our locked premises. The software is kept at the latest possible security level by means of regular updates. Access to the data is regulated by means of different access rights.

Deletion of data
The data we have stored about you will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose for which it was collected and insofar as the deletion does not conflict with any statutory retention obligations. These may be based primarily on commercial and tax law.
The data collected as part of an application to the Small Projects Fund will be stored by us until December 31, 2031 due to EU retention obligations. This can be done in electronic or paper form. After this date, the data will be archived in paper form in the city archive of the state capital of Dresden and, if necessary, in electronic form in the systems of the municipal community.
Spam protection
To protect against misuse of forms, we use the Friendly Captcha solution. Friendly Captcha is a service provider from Germany and is subject to European data protection law. In the process of proving that you are a human being, personal data such as IP addresses, browser type, platform type, device type, operating system, date and timestamp of access and similar data may be transmitted to servers. Friendly Captcha's privacy policy applies to the processing of this data.
Meta Pixel
If you have come to our website via an advertisement from Instagram or Facebook, Meta Inc. (the company that operates these two platforms) will store cookies in your browser. You have consented to this by agreeing to the terms of use of these services.
Meta pixels can be used to register that you have visited the site and what actions you have triggered on it.
