Podmokly is the name of the central district of Děčín on the left bank of the Elbe. The historical German name Bodenbach is still well known and testifies to the pride of the local residents. Because Bodenbach was once an independent town. The district also has its own Christmas market. There is already an official one at Husovo náměstí. But this one is the alternative, small but nice. In the park in front of the "Na Skřivance" hostel, visitors can certainly find a gift or two for the family or eat and drink Christmas delicacies such as the inevitable mulled wine or a sausage on the hand and breathe in the Advent atmosphere.
