Application portal

Here we explain how to submit applications to the Small Projects Fund via the application portal.

Current note

Due to maintenance work, the online portal of the Small Projects Fund will not be available from July 11 to 14, 2025.

There is an online portal for submitting applications to the Small Projects Fund. The entire process runs electronically, without paper.

You will find the link to the application portal at the bottom. However, before you click on it, please read the following sections on the application process. The four steps are as follows:

1. create and complete the application

First, you must register in the application portal if you have not yet submitted an application. You will receive an email with a link to confirm your registration. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder or make sure that you have entered the correct email address.

Then create the project and complete the form ("Edit form"). It is best to open our form completion guide at the same time, as it will answer many questions that are guaranteed to arise during the application process.

To the completion aid

The application must be completed and submitted in German and Czech.

If you wish, you can export the application as a PDF and send it to your project partner, for example. However, this is not yet the version that will be signed.

2. upload attachments

Next, please upload the necessary documents (if applicable):

  • Articles of association of both project partners,
  • Extract from the register of associations/commercial register of both project partners,
  • Authorization to represent signatories of the application from both project partners.

3. have the application checked

When you think you have finished processing the application, click on "Submit for review". It will then be checked by the KPF Secretariat and can no longer be edited by you in the meantime. If necessary, you will be contacted regarding changes or additions. In this case, it will then be released for processing again.

4. sign the application

If everything is OK, the application will be released for signature. The following will then appear under "Status": "The application has been approved and still needs to be signed." You must now export it as a PDF and have it signed. If you do not have an electronic signature to sign the application, you must print out the PDF, sign it and scan it. Finally, upload the signed application to the portal as an attachment.

Now you're ready to go!
