The Striezelmarkt is probably the best-known Christmas market in Dresden. Here visitors can find traditionally crafted goods from the region and Saxon folk art. A special program takes place every weekend, including the Stollen Festival and the Pyramid Festival. The fairytale forest, the historic Ferris wheel and carousels are particularly popular with younger visitors. Every day, a calendar window is opened at the puppet theater.
