As every year, the Geisinger Christmas market takes place on the first weekend of Advent under the title "Geising im Lichterschein". The festive days are traditionally ushered in with the pyramid display on Friday evening. The hustle and bustle along the main street begins on Saturday. Whether it's the ski market, Christmas rally, cutting the giant stollen, the sound of trumpets, Christmas crafts or the Christmas party, there's something for everyone.
