The story of the film is, similar to the works of the creative collective Forman - Papoušek - Passer, taken directly from life. If we look closely, we often come across a "Homolka family" in which the men seem to play the leading role, but in reality everything goes the way the fairer sex wants it to.
The film is an excellent satire on the life of the "small Czech", albeit large, family of Prague cab driver Homolka on a summer Sunday in 1969.
