Project service of Euroregion Elbe/Labe
What is the project service?
For many project sponsors, especially for smaller associations, the necessary pre-financing for projects represents a high hurdle to using the Elbe/Labe Euroregion's small project fund. In addition - despite the partial simplifications - there is the bureaucratic effort involved in submitting applications and accounting. For newcomers to funding, these can be insurmountable obstacles.
We want to remedy this by submitting the application to the Small Projects Fund as a Euroregion instead of the actual project sponsor. In this way, we take on both the bureaucratic work and the pre-financing. The German and Czech project partners then participate in the application as additional project partners.
The two project partners are responsible for implementing the project with the support of the Euroregion. We are also happy to contribute our expertise in qualifying the content of projects.
As mentioned above, that’s at least how we had envisioned it. However, the implementation document has since been reworded in such a way that our type of project service is no longer possible. Therefore, we can only describe here the projects that we were still able to carry out prior to that.
