M/UOK-A
M/UOK-A is a performance between body and sound, improvisation and composition: while Mathis Nicolaus (synthesizer/drum machine) and Albrecht Ernst (electronics/saxophone) unfold pulsating rhythms, dancer Alina Lucifero translates the sounds into physical resonance. The unique space of St. Nicholas Church with its glass roof completes the impression.

Olga Reznichenko Trio

Pianist and composer Olga Reznichenko is one of the most exciting voices in young European jazz. Her compositions move confidently between classical modernism, minimalism and modern jazz. She has been playing in a trio with drummer Maximilian Stadtfeld and bassist Lorenz Heigenhuber since 2018.
A short guided tour of Jílové and the castle is offered before the concert. There is a shuttle bus from Pirna (and back, of course).

KlangWesen
The music of the original duo Annabelle Plum & Žaneta Vítová (vocals/accordion), now joined by Kateřina Vacková (double bass) to form "KlangWesen", is rich in tonal colors that alternate between everyday banality and intense emotionality. Composed passages merge with free improvisational spheres in which influences from the European musical tradition and the roots of world music come to the fore.
Funded by the small project fund in the Elbe/Labe Euroregion (EEL-0537-DE).
