Ladislav Pazdera
Having grown up in a time when genre boundaries in music have become superfluous, Ladislav Pazdera moves across stylistically diverse terrain with his acoustic guitars. The spectrum ranges from virtuoso fingerstyle technique to jazz; it includes traditional inspirations from Andalusia and Eastern European and Arabic regions, the lightness of Brazilian music and the delicate precision of classical music.
Ladislav's creative drive is reflected in his diverse repertoire and in his own compositions, which underline his qualities as a musical storyteller. Variable moods and timbres, finely chiseled passages and a vibrant dynamic temperament lend his music a charismatic expressiveness.
Ladislav was born in Pardubice in 1989. He first learned violin, then viola, and at the age of 12 he switched to acoustic guitar. In 2014, he moved to Dresden, where he studied at the Carl Maria von Weber University of Music and currently lives. He divides his time between teaching and touring; various concerts take him to many European countries and renowned clubs, including Porgy & Bess (Vienna), Bova (Istanbul), Six Bars Jail (Florence), Die Tonne (Dresden) and many others.
Thom Artway
The unique singer, songwriter and guitarist Thom Artway combines a modern sound with classic songwriting. Thom's solo guitar performances create an atmosphere of genuine connection and closeness to the audience. Thom is excellent at communicating with the audience; they often sing along enthusiastically. His concerts are an unforgettable experience full of the pure joy of music.
In 2015, his hit "I Have No Inspiration" dominated the Czech charts for over a year and a half and catapulted him onto the music scene. The single was followed by two English-language albums, and in 2016 he won two Anděl Music Awards for his debut album "Hedgehog".
Since 2021, Thom has increasingly been writing his lyrics in his native Czech again. His first completely Czech album "Trhám nábrací" was released in February 2024. He has always had a great passion for singing and composing in his mother tongue. He himself says that it is the Czech songs that allow him to connect more deeply with his Czech listeners. The songs on his fourth album "Občas to tak mám", which was released on September 19, 2025, also bear witness to this.
Thanks to his beginnings as a street musician and his experience abroad, Thom is a great performer. He regularly played at the Lennon Wall in Prague and spent five months as a street musician in Australia. In July 2017, he won the "Czech Fresh" project, which promotes the export of Czech music. He has performed at the legendary Sziget Festival in Hungary as well as at festivals in the UK, Vienna, Paris, Budapest and many other European cities. In 2023 he gave four concerts in the USA. On this occasion, he shot a video for his single "Nebedálky" in Manhattan.
