Sebnitz and Adolf Tannert are inextricably linked. This inspired the idea for a unique Christmas market - and the first edition in 2013 was a huge success. Quality instead of quantity is the guiding principle of the organizers, who are guided by Tannert's silhouettes in all areas. The result is a market with a unique, themed flair.
On the 2nd Advent, the motto is once again "marvel, smell, taste" with the whole family on the beautifully decorated Sebnitz market square. The stage program offers a festive mix of regional artists and a wide variety of musical groups to make the trip to the small Christmas market on the Bohemian border even more entertaining, while the kids take a ride on the train or the mini-chain plane. Of course, Ruprecht can also be seen at times between the market stalls.
The stores in Sebnitz have extended opening hours this weekend.
