Euroregion Elbe/Labe

Geising zoo

Animal park with regional wild animal species; with petting area

During a walk through the spacious grounds you will meet animals of our homeland, such as fallow deer, red deer, mouflon and rock deer, which usually cannot be observed so close. For the younger visitors, rabbits, guinea pigs, donkeys, etc. will gladly stop for a petting session (petting animals).

Increasingly, the animal population in the game park is expanding. You can already see lynxes, wild cats, Dahomey dwarf cattle, nutrias, Falabella horses, mini pigs, meerkats, mini kangaroos, white-tufted monkeys, chinchillas, Asian dwarf otters and, with a little luck, their young.

In addition to the animal population, small islands of herbs and spices from Central Europe have been planted on the grounds of the wildlife park.

In order to linger a little with the children, the stopping points with playground equipment created for this purpose can be used.

The Wildpark-Stüb'l with beer garden offers a wide range of food, drinks and refreshments during the opening hours of the park.
