Kohlhaukuppe mountain

Observation tower and mountain lodge in the Eastern Ore Mountains

The 786 meter high Kohlhaukuppe is one of the most famous peaks in the Eastern Ore Mountains. A steel observation tower offers fantastic views of both the German and Czech sides of the Ore Mountains and the Bohemian Basin. A rustic mountain hut provides food all year round.

Anreise

From the Geising train station or the turning point in Zinnwald there is a two to three kilometer long hike to the mountain peak.
