The 6.2 m high tower is made entirely of concrete. Its shape is reminiscent of the unrealized design of the "Octopus" - the National Library by the famous Czech architect Jan Kaplický. However, the design of the lookout tower in the village of Růžová was drawn up before the release of the "Octopus".
The tower offers a beautiful view of Bohemian-Saxon Switzerland (Lilienstein, Groser Winterberg, Papstein, Prebischtor), but also of Milešovka in the Bohemian Uplands.
