St. Florian's Church was built between 1597 and 1606 by Rudolf von Bünau, Baron of Wessenstein and Blansko, as a Lutheran Marian chapel at the castle. In 1897, the castle chapel was converted into a parish church. The church was consecrated to St. Florian. The church is a unique monument to the so-called Saxon Renaissance. Its special architectural features include a cellular vault with spandrels, diamond portals, window crosses and two-storey galleries. The most valuable piece of equipment is the Renaissance altar with alabaster reliefs from 1604. The original building fabric has been preserved to this day, which justified its inclusion in the list of national cultural monuments in 2008.
