Forest worker's house Hinterhermsdorf

Insights into living conditions of a family in the 19th/20th century and the history of the village Hinterhermsdorf

The historical forest workers' room gives an insight into the living conditions of a family at the end of the 19th and beginning of the 20th century. Connected to this room is a small exhibition about the history of the village.

On the gable side of the house, a garden shows plants, perennials and shrubs that were once grown in the local village gardens. The museum itself is housed in one of the Umgebindehaus typical for the region.
